In case you never knew: if you decide to travel internationally and have to take a drug test, never eat a lemon poppy seed muffin! Poppyseed (poppy seed dressing, muffin or anything of the sort) will show up as opium, which is a form of morphine and shows up on your drug test as morphine. I experienced this in Russia! Talk about stress! Those of you that know me, know I have to have a bad headache to even take aspirin! For me to have a positive drug test is quite hilarious now, it definitely was not at the time!
